i notice that on mushrooms and LSD i get a wierd painful tense muscle feeling under my belly button, it gets worse if i stand up, bend backwards, or piss. I've also had this while sober, but not usually. Does anyone else get that thing? it sucks.

Most of the body's serotonin neurons are located in the abdomen. That is why on psychadelics you have the initial indicator feelings in your stomach region. I get that same feeling bu only while I am coming up. It pretty much dissapears as the trip develops.

Im really skinny, and no hernia's in the familly. It's deffinatly not my stomache, and it's not a normal aching pain, it's more of like the pain you feel in a muscle the day after you go snowboarding for 10 hours or something. It almost feels like there is a string connecting my belly button to my dick, and if i stand up it stretches it.

ahhh i dont know alot about hernias, but maybe i would atleast research it. im not trying to scare you, just help.
do you eat food before tripping? what time do you usually dose?

Well, im pretty sure it's not a hernia, becuase i've had this all my life, and i've talked to a friend about it, and he also knows the feeling, also, he doesn't use psychadelics.
I get it very very rarely sober, but almost always on mushrooms or LSD...not sure why. The last time i felt it on LSD i dosed at like 10pm...

Hey man, I get something similar to what you describe on LSD- it feels similar to muscle exhaustion after a workout for me too, I've never had it persist after the trip.

If its accompanied by low back pain and heavy testes then you really need to see a doctor.

Like I said, its just your gap opening. Since you are young and unshielded, you may want to place your hands or some leaves over it to avoid stuff falling out or going in that may cause you discomfort.
This feeling is not a bad thing. It is the beginning of the reawakening of your nagual side. It should be looked at as a positive thing - as it is necessary for you to achieve balance... equilibrium...
