How long can i keep the 50/50 brf/ver in the jar. I was uppose to recieve my order today but it will be another couple of day so he says. They were made this morning. Thanks

If you sterilzed it properly it should keep very long.
If not, you will notice either that something begins to grow in the jar without inoculation or by the smell.

i've had extra jars that i didn't innoculate that kept for close to 3 months. and like anno said the smell will be a determinign factor (rancid).
