time to harvest

Thanx to everyone who has helped me make it to this point.
My first mushroom is ready to be picked! YAY!! Its EQ and its a cluster of 4. The veil on the biggest one broke a couple of days ago, the cap is about the size of a quarter, its about 2 inches tall, maybe a bit more. It seems small compared to some of the pics ive seen, but i grew it in a small space so i suppose that it to be expected.
No spores are dropping, is this normal?

It just needs a little more time... the cap will flatten out a little then it should start dropping...
