Alternatives for Lysol and isopropyl alchohole?

I cant seem to find Lysol or isopropyl alchohole anywhere here where I live, those I've asked about it dont know what it is.. So is there any good, easy to get alternatives, in spray versions? I think that would be the easiest, or what do you say? I live in Norway.

Or, if u know any other easy and good secure ways to sterilize work area etc, it would be nice if u told me

Use a bleach and water solution in a spray bottle. Dont get it on your skin though.

go with the bleach solution mix. you might be able to ask your pharmcy for iso-alc aka rubbing alcohol
