Why can't we click on avatars anymore?

Just as the topic said. I'll be reading posts and notice that someone has a really neat avatar. I use to be able to just go and click on it, and I would be able to view the avatar in its full size, now I can't do that

No big deal, just something I liked

Click on the Username, and you get the same result.
