So I steeped chamomile with coffee for 5 Min. in a cup with Hot water, added sugar and found my new favorite drink. It's quite amazing and a strong pick me up, too. I also tried it with black tea. I'm bouncing off the walls.

Sounds really strange. I would think the coffee would be to thick to properly soak in the flavors of the chamomile.
I might try it with decaf.. normal coffee is just to strong for my liking.
Description of flavor?

You could soak the water in the chamomile, then use it to make coffee. Try makeing Turkish coffee some time http://www.ineedcoffee.com/04/turkishcoffee/

Hmm, I think I might. I know how thick it gets..its been somthing I've wanted to try for a long time. haha.. When I was in the middle east, I remember hearing about the whole Turkish coffee thing. Like you have 1 cup if its ok. 2 cups if its great. 3 cups if its outstanding. 4 cups means its to weak and insults the person who made it. lol.. Don't quote me on that order, but its some culturally complicated thing like that.

I'd think chammomile would be a bit too delicate taste-wise to withstand the taste of coffee! I'll have to try it out.

You're only steeping the tea and coffee together for like 5 min. so the coffee is just as strong as the tea. I thought it would be too strong, too, but it was just right. I just put some coffee in a tea bag. It tastes like chamomile with a mild coffee aftertaste. I like it.

I posted on this a while back. I recommend some kind of an herbal tea with dried fruit in it.

Awesome, I rule! I just never post much on any forum I'm on. I probably should post more. I just never feel like I have much to add that hasn't been said before.
BrainWaveJunkie: I guess I misread it. I was thinking you'd steep the tea IN the coffee, and not the two of them together. Oh goodness, some good Irish Breakfast and coffee would be heavenly!
