It saves the traffic and makes yours ip latent:

http://webwarper.net/webwarper.net

This program can be used in online a mode, but it is possible and to download to itself on a computer exe file with the same functions...

Probably it is next governmental dodge which can hold above us under control?
What do you think about it? Whether there are other analogues?

That program is bullshit.

http://webwarper.net/ww/0/wwgz/faq/partialanonymity.htm

it doesn't provide anonymity worth a damn.

If you care about being anonymous on the net, use a well-reknowned open source program like JAP or TOR. The phrase "latent IP" means nothing.

thanks for your comment. I suspected too that this program fulldung, but I was not competent what to draw a final conclusion on its quality(I could understand only that it does not save my traffic and on the contrary doubles it)

I shall necessarily look those programs which you already have advised (I am not familiar with a principle of their action).

I am from Russia and our laws, force me to worry very strongly.... I think that they are not constitutional (one gramme P.cubenesis is the "large size" under our Criminal code and 10 gramme of dry mushrooms are already "especially large size"). Storaging of dry mushrooms P.cubensis of 10 gramme can lead to 15 years of imprisonment.

there is a gold rule: it is better to be the paranoiac than the prisoner :^)

I use an access in the Internet through a local network. The manager my networks has all data about my location. I would like to find the program which could to cipher my Internet traffic from my supplier of the Internet...
I want to visit various the Internet resources, but during same time I want that my supplier of the Internet, instead of the legible information which taking place through his server, could see only full dung which cannot transform to the normal information which I had looked.

it is possible?...Or advice only one: less time to spend on the Internet?

TOR, which is short for "The Onion Router", will, I think, meet your requirements. TOR is a free to use network that i) encrypts data transmission (meaning no one on your local network can see what data (e.g. webpages, files) you are uploading or downloading, only meaningless encrypted data) and ii) routes data transmissions through several nodes before it reaches its destination. None of the nodes between your computer and the server you want to access will ever know both your IP and the IP of the server. This means that no-one on your local network can tell who you are sending data to or receiving data from.

The easiest way to use TOR is to install Torpark, which is a version of the popular FireFox browser pre-configured to use TOR. It's very, very easy to use. All you need to do is download it, install it (either on your hard drive, or on a USB key) and run it. Everything you input into Torpark is routed through the TOR network and therefor provides a high level of anonymity. Torpark is free to use and open source.

You should note that it is theoretically possible for the anonymity of the TOR network to be compromised by a "correlation attack". In simple terms, any agency that can spy on both ends of your encrypted connection with TOR can work out to a certain degree of certainty that yours is the IP requesting data from a certain server, by correlating certain types of data to do with message sizes and message timings. It is up to you to decided how likely it is that an agency would perform a correlation attack on your connection. In my opinion, it is unlikely, as a great deal of time and effort would be required to construct an accurate model of international IP traffic.

In my opinion, TOR provides a very acceptable level of anonymity.

is it possible that TOR is just a program the government made to watch people worried about anonymity?

No. If you want, you can download the source code, take a look at it then compile it yourself :p

One of the huge advantages about open source programs is that you (or, if you aren't a programmer, other people) can examine exactly how a program works and what it does. Rest assured, if there were any backdoors in TOR, they would be swiftly and vocally discovered.

Odiumjunkie many thanks to you! I could not hope that I shall find the program necessary to me so quickly. I shall necessarily try to establish it on my computer today. It will bring to me some simplification. Also I hope super anonymity (as I live in Russia it will be very difficult to organize correlation attack...I think)

I think that does not cost to us worries about a backdoor even if it exists (that poorly probably as in 2003 have already found something similar in this program and hardly it to repeat).... I only the manufacturer of a mushroom instead of the maniac-murderer of a world scale :^)

p\s\once again thanks for the help.... I wish you success
