casing and syringe question pleas help

i got a casing going its 99% humidity and about 70 degrees humidity im using the tote idea mycelium is starting to pop through the moist verm casing layer but how long dose pinning take. aslo i wanted to know any one know the best way to sterilize a syringe and gaurd i see use boiling water and intake and shoot out a few timew but how would i sterilize the gaurd too?

pinning takes a few days, if I had to guess three to four but you're humidity is too high for a casing try 80% as far as sterilizing the syringe try taking it apart put it in boiling water put it back together and then cycle some water through it I have had success this way, but get some rubber kitchen gloves you want to do this all while everything stays pretty hot and it is easy to get burned otherwise.

No, you keep your casing at that high of humidty during the pre-pinning phase. Keep it as high as possible.

Once you've seen pins develop, thats when you want to decrease the rH to around 85%.....80% is too low, and they wont be very healthy.

Sterlizing is not very difficult. I usually take some distilled or drinking water, and boil it for a good 10-15 minutes . Then take the syringe and fill it up and purge it out in the sink about 10 times in about a 3 minute period. Then suck the boilig water nad let sit for about 5. Then do it again for about 5, and then do it one last time and cool it down for when you want to add the spores.
for the gaurd, just try pouring a little rubbing alcohol in there and let it sit whiel your doing hte boiling!
