that and also i am a severe candy addict. always have been. and when ever fall is around there is always way to many fun sized candys around my house.

but yeah drnking waer does quell craving i have noticed that in the past.

I'm a six mealer! All small...lots of protein, fiber, fruits, and veggies, I'm a fast food restaurant's worst nightmare :smile:

There is an obesity epidemic in America, and its spreading to young children and increasing the incidence of type 2 diabetes every year. COOK A MEAL, DRINK A SMOOTHIE, STICK IT TO THE MAN!
