do you find that you get nauseated when you fast or when you eat before a trip. i needed to know this because i get nauseated easily, and i have pills to settle my stomach and wanted to know if i would need theseor not?

I usually always feel a bit of nausia when I eat shrooms...fasted or not..but i've never puked it just goes away.

After you ingest the shrooms, eat 5 or 6 papaya pills or some ginger pills or both.
They really work, and they are safe and natural.
You get them at a GNC or health food store; I never trip with out them.
Ginger: helps with nausea and aids digestion.
Papaya: Has an enzyme the will help you digest those hard shrooms.

Only time i've gotten nausea was off mycelium guice. (the whole soak tek for those who want to get rid of cakes as fast as possible and still catch a nice trip) The easiest way i remidied the situation was to drink a bunch of water and sit still...it seemed like as long as i was sitting...i was fine..i could crawl around on the floor (i live on the floor during trips for some reason) but as soon as i would stand up...there was the nausea. so yeah..my tip for the day is SIT DOWN you'll be fine in a couple hours at most..then you can run around like the mad thing you are the rest of the time.. yaaaaay!

1-2 ginger pills a half-hour before ingestion.
1-2 ginger pills to quell any nausea during come up.
1-2 ginger pills to quell discomfort during the ride down.

fail-safe i tells ya.
