Advice need on exhaust problem

I'm converting a closet into a grow room, and I'll be using sealed tubs. I've got everything figured out but the exhaust. I'm going to pipe in conditioned air, and I want to pipe it out as well.
Is there a way to filter the exhaust? I though about using polyfil, but I imagine it will get soaked. I haven't done any testing yet though, perhaps polyfil would work... other ideas are welcome.

a fan in the closet will probably suffice
no need to pump in air..unless it is extremely hot in there

If you want to create a positive-pressure environment, run air into the room with a fan filtered through a mass of polyfil at the intake. It won't get wet because it's behind the fan, get it?
The air that's escaping the room will not have to be filtered. Assuming the room is large enough, excess air just leaks out of the cracks.
What kind of setup are you planning...that requires this sort of exchange?

My setup will be in a small closet. It's a shelf system with 4 tubs. I'm sealing the tubs and dealing with the exhaust because I don't want a humid closet.
The intake air will come from an ultrasonic, and perhaps a cool-mist if I can't dial down the ultrasonic enough. There will be one tube from the humidifyer to a mixing container. From there, smaller tubes will exit the mixing container and lead into each tub. Small exhaust tubes will lead from each tub into a larger hose which feeds the exhaust down into the crawlspace.
So, my need for a filter on the exhaust stems from needing to prevent contams from entering the exhaust tube while the humidifyer is in the off cycle.
I could probably do without it, but I want this setup to be as contam proof as possible, if possible - no way in from either side.
I'm less worried about the exhaust, but I'd still like to feel like I have it "handled" .
