Inoculation/Dry Vermiculite

If somone was to use the PF Tek and inoculate on the dry vermiculite by accident.....would that jar survive? Wouln't the mycelium pull downwards toward the damp vermiculite/brown rice flour?

we.. that all depends on how much got on your dry verm layer... i mean for the most part you should be fine, but dont forget the reason why you put the dr verm on top in the first place..to make sure coloazation dosent happen near your holes so you dont get contams.. id put some tape over your innoculation holes for a while till you see something working, wait till the jar is half way done and flip it... hope that helps..
