shaft or immunity, u choose.
if u get busted with weed or cocaine and u havent paid the tax u get hella fined or goto jail.
basically wat i got out of wat i read was the state makes so much money from shafting u cause u didnt pay a drug tax that they dont care that the same tax law provides u with immunity becuase of the 5th ammendment.

Well see, they closed the loophole. The only way you can get the tax stamp is if you show up with the drug. Since you showed up with the drug that means that you previously didn't pay tax on it, so they bust you either way.

drug tax was set up to stack extra charges on people to make money.
drug tax doesnt apply to people that are legally allowed to have the drugs.
only applys to drug dealers.
thing is because the stamp law fails to protect against the derivative use, in a criminal proceeding, of information it compels, it violates the privilege against self-incrimination and is therefore unconstitutional.
so get ur tax stamps and start selling, the only way they can get u is if u have more stuff than tax stamps.

In New Zealand some dealers pay taxes on their stuff because the Revenue Department can't tell the cops about it. Read about it on msnbc I think.

guess what, because people often make money from drugs, taxes are a large part of the equasion, the IRS often has charges levied agains drug dealers, in fact several states have passed tax acts, in the 30s congress passed a special occupational tax act regarding marijuana as well...

Those dealers are smart. this tax preys on the ignorant.
see if u get busted selling ur gunna get penalized.
these tax laws are outrageous. see the normal charge itself wouldnt be that bad, but when u stack the 2 u get ass raped.
double penaltys. bigger fines. its a trick.
basically its another charge for the same thing.
see they never expected dealers to pay they tax, they just wanted a way to put them away longer and make more money.
the law is liek a double eged sword. they are hoping u dont pay the tax so they can get theyre money. they realized later here in the usa that the law had loopholes. they tried changing the words around knowing it could be abused.
the thing is its a biiiig money maker. thats the reason it still exsists.
basically it proves 1 thing, All they care about is money.
they know with this law people can sell illegal drugs and get out of it scott free. they just hope the majority doesnt find out. wich also proves how corrupt the government can be. preying on the ignorant.
