After the first 4 hits the coppers trying to get back to his gun..
Soon as the other copper takes this dudes hand the first thing the dodgy copper does is protect his gun,, obviously it was on his mind..
He thought this guy was going for his gun,, how he thought that i don't know but i reckon he did.

snapped, after all the punching while they're trying to 'regain control' of his stray arm (pqy attn to the left side of the holster)
unsnapped at the end of the scuffle, it was his partners elbow

I dont lay blame, I'd like to lay down sentancing, any politicians or cops that
violate laws or human rights should have a doubled sentance, they are responsible
for upholding the laws so they certainly shouldnt be violating it
