anyone read it/reading it? just curious what other king fans think dark tower iv will be like. what twisted tale king has manifested now to completely confuse me once more on where this series is going. anyone else think he needs to hurry up with the dt series. at his current pace he might finish by the time he is 113.

also list favorite authors.

After reading The Gunslinger I thought this series had so much potential but I was really disappointed with The Drawing of the Three. It really picked up again though with Wastelands but then it took so long for Wizards and Glass to come out that I sorta lost interest and haven't bothered reading it. Maybe I'll read Wastelands again and then give Wizards a try. The one thing that really annoys me is the fact that the one chick is in a wheelchair, it's just so impractical and phony to me that they pushed her around in forests and other places. Just always bugged me.

honestly, if your bored with the series already (without reading wizard and glass) you'll probably be even more dissapointed with it after you read the fourth book. however blackhouse and the talisman will spark more interest.

I'm halfway through book IV. Not bad. I'm not too happy with the "Roland back in the day" stuff, but it's good. Maybe a little long in that respect, but I'm waiting for it to pick back up. I want to see what happens with the Big Coffin Hunters and Roland.
