The movie Prime. It came on HBO the other day and I tried to watch it. I could only hold out for about 5 mins so It's not fair for me to judge since I only saw less than 1% of the total movie.

Santa With Muscles is soooo terrible a movie that it's great. In fact, I recommend it. The whole movie is two alternating actions: a) Hulk Hogan beats up some random unprovoked bad guy, then b) looks into the camera and utters some catch phrase. Over and over.
Armageddon was, for me, the worst movie that was trying to be a good movie. Fucking brutal.

"Screwed".
You'd think that a movie with Norm MacDonald, Dave Chapelle and Danny DiVito would be funny. After an hour of not laughing once, I walked out of the theater for the first time. Fucking horrible.

I've seen some of these movies, and as bad as they are they just don't compare with RV.
RV, that Robin Williams movie from last year. It actually sent me into little fits of shudders that wouldn't go away for ten minutes after I left the theatre.

"Signs" was an unmitigated piece of shit, an insult to the science fiction genre. I won't watch another Shyamalan movie again.

Employee of the month is a huge piece of shit. I watched half of a bootlegged version, it was aweful. Jessica Simpson's move to acting should have been restricted to blue movie only.

I just watched the Langoliers the other day. You should have stuck with it, when Craig flips out, SK does a cameo. Also the return through the wormhole was pretty good. Maybe I'm just a huge a SK fan...
I certainly wouldn't call Amadeus 'one of the greatest films of all time' but I was very young when I saw it. The worst movie, and the only time I actually stopped watching a movie was a scottish film, can't remember the name.
Not that I'm homophobic or anything, but I thought Brokeback Mtn. sucked pretty bad.
OMR is going to flame me for this, but wtf was so great about The Man Who Knew Too Little with Bill Murray?

Hmm, ok. I went to see a reasonably intelligent sci-fi movie, since it was marketed as such. What I got was a mediocre take on a very old cliche. Aliens are attacking Earth. The film doesn't have a good explanation why they would be attacking Earth, nor why they would be attacking these particular rural farm parts of Earth if they did. The explanation of the crop circles is infantile--turns out they were just to mark the invasion landing sites... as if the aliens don't have GPS or something similar. Why would they need to physically mark a landing site? And these superintelligent aliens who flew across the galaxy to get here are incapable of breaking into the basement of a farm house (Why would they even waste their time trying? Nothing but 3 idiot humans down there.) and hey, you can kill the aliens with water! Yeah, that's why they didn't land near the lake! Never mind the humidity in the air, or the humans' plumbing capability.
But the stupidest thing of all about Signs is that it turns out being a lame argument in favor of religion. Yeah God gave the kid asthma so he wouldn't inhale the alien poison, etc. It's all an overwrought, underthought advertisement for the ridiculous idea that everything happens toward some good end.

WhileI agree with the weaknesses you point out in paragraph 1, I disagree with people who believe the film is pro-God or pro-religion. I really think it's an objective take of one character's choice. I hate being preached to, and I never felt that Signs preached to me, only that it showed me one character's dilemma and the choice he makes.
