Unbelievable! - refund from Sporechicks

I nearly fell over when I checked my mail today.

A refund money order from Sporechicks for the amount I originally sent (well not including the postage).

I sent them a very civil letter (via US Mail) about 2-3 weeks ago stating that I would take them to small claims court for my unfilled order of $80 if I did not get a refund. Today I got my refund.

I am absolutely astounded.

Thats cool and shit...but it still pisses me off!

It just prooves that they are, in fact, checking their mail...
...why dont they either close down their shop (webiste) or start filling orders again.

i had an order go awry back when they went through their "move" which was a five week period of practically no orders being filled. it took a lot of hastle, but after a few PM's reminding them that they hadn't sent me a syringe/replacement (one was a contaminated syringe.. ), i received the new equador syringe three months later. people tryin' to make good at least
