It is very similar to the Treasure Coast in both traits (they both colonize EXTREMELY fast) and appearence. The Treasure Coast perhaps having a lighter colored cap. The "Creeper" strain as you can see from the pic has very noticeable dark coloring around the nipple area of the cap.

Box my friend has some of those grown out right now.. the pic you post white spots on the caps and all isnt very similar to TC IT IS TC LOL... its a TC for sure

that's not TC.. it's Puerto Rican for sure. Look at the caps and then look at other pictures of Puerto's.. exactly the same! Plus the mycelium is fast and agressive... everything is the same.
Boxtop is bothers me that you sell such a strain that another wannabe so-called vendor (ripoff artist actually) sells on his website. There is no such thing as a "creeper" strain.. and by you supporting this you are just adding a detriment to the OMC. The STP ripped this strain off and named it somthing differnt to inflate and fool newbies into thinking it's somthing extraordinary, just like the so called "Z-Strain." You doing this just shows that you're trying to feed off of his injustice by saying " same strain another vendor sells for $75!" Give me a break, you're just trying to make some $$.. what a load of shit!
stop carrying this strain, or label is for what it really is. please

First of all, nice edit job on that post above. I can't wait till 3D gats things back to normal again so you can't hide your edits.
This is not Puerto Rican, give me a break. It's much more likely to be TC but this is still up in the air until we can get a side by side comparison done which btw is in the works.
As for me selling it as the "Creeper" strain and saying another site sells it for $75.00, both are true. If I don't grow the strain out, I'm in no way going to change the identity of the strain. I sell the strain as it is represented to me by my supplier, in this case it's the "Keepers Creeper" which does indeed sell for $75.00 each on another site. If you want lies, go somewhere else.

yeah thats just the point, you sell the strain that came from a no good proven ripoff artist who has been banned from this website... that shows you're trying to feed off of his injustice and lies. Don't support this loser, by selling the strain he claims to have discovered that's exactly what you're doing.. and proving to try and make $$ of of his lies and ripoffs.

He sells it for $75, I sell it for $10 that's a big difference. I have had much positive feedback for letting people check it out for themselves without having to pay an exorbitant amount of money. I'm sorry this upsets you, but if you don't like it, do me a favor and don't order it.

I never planned on ordering it, or ordering anything from you at all to begin with. All i'm saying is by labeling a strain with that name and selling it on your website you're supporting a ripoff artist who stold another strain and labeled it somthing else to make a quick buck... besides.. that's a pretty lame name for a strain to begin with.
Those Puerto's look differnt from the typcal Puerto.. look at the ones on the Sporeworks.. I don't know, they look exactly like the Puerto's i've always grown, but whatever.. we still know it's a ripoff no matter what strain it turns out to be.

O.k., here's PR's from Myco-Tek's website. Again, clearly no resemblence.
As far as me supporting the "Keeper" and his rip-off site, you're seeing things backwards. He sells his for $75 and I sell mine (or give them away) for $10. I treat them the same as any other cube on my site. Stop trying to take out your frustrations with STP on me.

Have you worked with this strain?
People are going to get ripped off by that guy no matter what, at least he is offering the strain, be it fake or not, at a fair price so people who want to experiment with it can give it a go without having to pay out thier ass.

I don't give a fuck if you bought them or he gave them to you, whatever... and stop bringing up the price thing, for christ sake I heard you the first 3 times.. that has nothing to do with it. I just don't like seeing this name on someone elses website seeming to support the ripoff artist himself, or even sell his bullshit strain... because that's exactly what you're doing, selling a bullshit strain that is most definatly another strain thats been re-labeled.
and no I don't have any frustrations with the stp.. lol@that, pretty funny.. I was never (even on my first day of reading about this stuff) anywhere near enough of an idiot to ever order from that guy.

Dude, many spore vendors sell spores off the same name. You make a point that perhaps they *could* be mislabled spores of another strain. It really boils down to your trust of the vendor at this point.
But there is nothing wrong with a vendor selling the same strain and using the same NAME of the spores... I mean, unless a vendor has a COPYRIGHTED/TRADMARKED name for the spores in question (unheard of) there is nothing wrong in doing this.... In fact it's perfectly fair in business.

i'm done with this too.. I told you how I felt, thats it. The proof will be out soon i'm sure. I have no personal issues whatsoever with anyone involved in the OMC, nothing but good has come from it for me and i'm thankful for that.. I just wish the guy who introduced me to it was still alive, whatever, he's not. I don't agree with you selling the strain. I know it's not going to get him to stop selling the strain, lol, if that's what you meant by "you're not going to accomplish anything."

you go boxtop, there are many of us that wondered about the STP strains, ive been dieing to compare them side by side with the TC, YOU made this possible.
noone is sure what it is, and at $75 a pop, not many of us could afford to research this strain. i think you bringing the creeper out for 10 bucks, was a HUGE justice to the shroomery
it may be a PR, may be a TC, may be a new strain, now we can afford to find out!

Whats boxtop supposed to do, call it the "Maybe a TC Strain"? All we know about it at this time is the name Creeper. I'm sure if enough people grow it out and come to the conclusion that it is TC or another strain then it will be labeled as such. Maybe it is a TC and some other dude labeled it different to make money. We gotta find out for sure right? It would be different story if Boxtop was charging out the ass for it but he's not. He makes it readily and cheaply available to everyone so we can all make up our own minds. Hell, he's GIVING them away to us. Thanks Boxtop!

I have never grown out a creeper but I will tell you this much without a doubt. My friend has some sporeworks TC's grown out and about the same maturity as those in his pics. If you hold them up to the screen and look close as you want to look they look just like a TC. If they arent a TC they damn sure look like one. I m not experienced enough to say anything for 100 percent but the visual perception is they look just alike.

Thanks guys. Just the fact that everyone has a different opinion as to what it is, is reason enough to get it out into the community. I've received numerous e-mails and pm's from people thanking me for bringing this strain out at a reasonable price. People are excited to see for themselves what all the fuss is about.
In all honesty, these have been selling well since I added them to my stock so there will definitely be private researchers that should be able to give the community some valuable feedback.
