Manure colonization

Friend gave me a pf cake with vermic and brf i sterilized it then broke up cake and placed in sterlie bag need to know if this is going to work becvause i used pf cake?

Don't tell me you sterilized a colonized pf jar! Yes you can spawn with pf.
