I read a study where they gave meth addicts dexedrine or meth. they couldn't tell them apart.
If you mainline 20``50 times the pharmaceutical dose of dexedrine every day for months on end it would fuck you up just as bad as meth.
My answer to people fucking themselves up on meth: DOnt fucking do so much of it.

they use amphetamine not meth. but I know hitler used meth in ww2. but we use regular amphetamine in the us now

Did you read what I just said up there? clinically there is NO difference between meth and dex. their are scores of studies that prove it.

Dextroamphetamne is the d-isomer. The l-isomer has no CNS activity. When people talk about amphetamine, they are taking about the active isomer.
Pharmaceutical methamphetamine is probably a better drug for ADHD than regular unmethylated amphetamine. It has a long half life. It has fewer peripheral side effects. But, it has a very bad reputation. OP is right, there is very little difference between amp and meth psychoactively.
