Picked these up this morning. They dropped a white sporeprint and the tops darkened after a couple hours, revealing a distinct brown ring on the outside edge. Also, they curled upwards in the same amount of time. Any chance these are weilli or are these just waiting to kill someone? Oh, and does this shroom look familiar to anyone else? When I saw it I could have sworn I saw it in a book a million times....
This shroom dropped a purple brown sporeprint and may have shown a tinge of bluing at the base (if at all). Think I'm any closer to finding a REAL one??

Not psylocybin-producing mushrooms - (there are no psilly shrooms with white spore prints...) and they are not galerina - Galerina genus produces rusty orange-brownish spore prints... Probably something out of the Family Tricholoma - Might be a Collybia... Doesn't matter... It's not for you! m,so

First set of pics i believe they are Gymnopus dryophilus (aka Collybia dryophila). Don't know about last pic though. Peace, MAIA

closer... definately closer with the last one. But still, doesn't LOOk like a Psilocybe - Smae Family, maybe, but not the genus you're looking for. My own personal rule of thumb... where there's one mushroom, there's bound to be another... Go with Great 1's advice... keep hunting - keep posting... It'll find YOU...

They are most likely Tricholomas Could be "Burnt" or "Soapy". What type of area did you find them?
