Casings turing green

I have a casing turning green on me. It's the second time this has happened to me and I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.
Both casings were 3 Eq 1/2 pints crumbled in a foil tray with saran wrap on the inside, sprayed lightly with 10% peroxide/water, cased with coco coir that was hydrated with boiling water in a covered container. I cased them using the oven TEK and I was clean to the point of being anal.
Both casings started to fruit with many pins and a few full shrooms then the green started to creep all over the casing layer.
I threw them both out but I wanted to find out what the problem was before I wasted another casing.
My B+ casings are doing fine and they were done the exact same way.
Any help would be appreciated

Yep, just threw out my first casing from the green. At first I was like, COOL i got a lot of mycelium growing , then im like....wait, thats not MYCELIUM...NOOooooo ANdi threw it out. It was just too bright for mycelium...also was matted, I knew I just had to get rid of it asap.
It was straight coir, and I misted way too much after the first flush, and got it wet. Nothign grew until that shti came
