I have cased Taz rice cakes in vermiculite and some myc has come to the top getting pretty fuzzy no sign of pinning. I have a timer set to 14 hours of light and have a ultrasonic humiderfier coming on twice a day for a min. Temp is usually around 65. Can anyone give me a reason or what i should try next. Its been two weeks now with light on.

try cold shocking or something well thats my two cents anyway

too cold.....get your temps up.....72 to 78 degrees.

what is your humidity ?

hey roadkill!

definitely, raise your temps. and unless you have a very small terranium, its sounds like your humidity may be too low also. ultrasonics produce lots of humidity but its seems like it would need more than to be on a total of two minutes a day.
do you have a way to read your humidity inside your terranium?

I beleive i have some pins its now at 70 but i don't have anyway to mointer humidity

I do know that there is condensation on the glass lide to my stro cooler/terriuam

Anyone know if the myc can give me any hits to the right humidty
