That looks really effing cool dude... sorry I don't know the answer. I think the answer is if its a genetic mutation then yes, but if its a mutation caused by oust or a petroleum product or something then no. Dragon

Given the environment it has grown in, leads me to believe it is a genetically mutated strain. Thus, if cloned, I would assume some sort of malformation in the resulting fruits, and likely a scant flush.
I'd love to see the results!!!

You do know the answer, that's exactly correct... It depends if the mutation was naturally occuring or if it happened due to the environment.
Although cloning a mutant doesn't mean you're going to get a bunch of mutants that look exactly the same as the original either. There's something "wrong" with the genetics so in many cases it means pretty unhealthy crops when it comes down to it.
Definitely go for it, its fun to experiment with 'em and always a great learning experience... no way to know what's going to happen until you try!

I'd say its probably environmental and a clone will produce normal looking mushrooms.

I'd say that's environmental also - the switch in genetics to consistantly produce a double mushroom would be very complicated I'd imagine. I've never seen anyone post a mushroom mutant that consistantly does so - and the fact that these double mushrooms often appear in monocultures indicates that its probably a coincidence, of two pins forming close together and joining.
Its still worth a shot- there are no definites only probabilites in genetics. Something tells me whatever you cloned of you flower pot mushrooms inski, would constantly produce weird fruit bodies!
