Sterilized jars

Has this happened to anyone else?...
I cooked the jars in the P. cooker and went to inoculate, the holes were to small.
So I made them bigger and did the jars again in the cooker. One jar shrank about half an inch. the other jar didn't change. I ended up blowing a couple more cc's than I needed on these two jars.

I hope they don't fuck up. My jar "x" is doing fine . Terrarium should be up next week to house it...
