need help cant get second flush but first is ok

i have great first flushes .in the pyrex dish inoculats fine and shows pins i take them out and put them in the grown chamber.and then they grow great.but cant get second flush?i have a cool mist humidifier connected to it.you can see the water drop and mist on the drip sheild.why no second flush?

I haven't dunked a cake yet, but I've heard nothing but good. Something that's always worked good for me is single, or double ended casing. http://www.fanaticus.com/casing.htm
if you're afraid of casing, don't worry, this is a "quasi" casing at best. i've got cakes to flush 5 or six times with this method before they turned green. don't flip them, though, the poor things get confused. and fuck that "peel it like an apple" bullshit, just pull off the abhorts. good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am in the same boat. My friend never dunked cakes, but I have only heard good things about it. My friend did start dunking her casings after they quit producing and was amazed at the results. When a casing is dunked after every flush, every flush becomes the first flush.
