Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas

is on Cartoon Network right now ...
it is REALLY well done, visually and musically one of the best movies of it's kind ... I remember being mesmerized by it when I was younger and saw it for the first time ...
and then I saw The Corpse Bride after having already been quite disappointed by the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory remake, and was just distraught .. it was just not that entertaining or witty, and the musical score from Danny Elfman was way sub-par ...
in any case, 'Nightmare' is awesome

nightmare before christmas is indeed awesome. i heard people talknig up the corpse bride, saying it was just as good, and was thoroughly dissapointed. not sure if nightmare before christmas just sticks with fond memories in my head, or if it was indeed far superior, but either way, it'll always have a special place with me

speaking of the nightmare before christmas, isn't it being re-released into theaters pretty soon? i remember seeing previews for it not too long ago.

I couldn't appreciate the movie as a kid; it just seemed like another claymation. After learning quite a bit about Tim Burton in high school his works (masterpieces) are so much better. Has anyone seen Vincent? I believe it was the work that got him fired from Disney.
