So this is going to be my first time tripping LSD. 2 Hits just to try. Also getting some xanax just in case of a bad trip. Like will you know if a bad trip is coming up? I really don't want to try shrooms first because people say its more intense than LSD , Because of the Come up. I'm Going to try and tape record it. Wish me Luck.

Just go with the flow, dont expect anything.
Dont watch any scary movies. Listen to some nice laid back tunes. Chill.
If you think you're going to start having a bad trip just try to think of happy things instead and divert it.
2 hits shouldnt be too bad, just dont expect to sleep tonight.

This is a load of crap. Shrooms aren't more intense than LSD, or vice versa. But they aren't the same either. Both have a very different quality to their trips. The level of intensity changes with the dosages, for both substances. More LSD, more intense. More shrooms, more intense.
Good luck with your first time, do you have someone to trip with or at least sit for you?

Dont worry about a bad trip, they should all be experienced and delt with by yourself. Dont take that pill unless you enjoy the effects of xanax on psychedelics.
Benzos ruin the afterglow effects of psychedelics. Drugs like LSD dont always have to be enjoyed in the moment, I love reflecting back on trips and thinking about all the shit I thought of and experienced during it. Both the good and the bad.Its like watching a movie and realizing how awesome it really is hours/days after its over.
Happy trippin pal, LSD is truely an amazing drug.
Give shrooms a shout after.

Yeah i will be tripping with one friend and will also have my girlfriend there just in case anything should go wrong. I will probably record some shit on like a tape recorder or like try and draw out my trip. If I do draw it out. I WILL POST PICS. and a trip report.

HAH FUCK Yeah. I love pink Floyd. But i would rather listen to Echoes. and Not listen to One of these days. HHAh that would be a little scary IMO.

Definately listen to Echoes tripping. It's pretty awesome. The middle section might freak you out a bit, but that's definately the best song to trip to for me.
I find that their albums from Piper through Meddle are the best ones to trip to. The albums that Roger dominates have too much of a negative vibe for me to listen to when I am tripping.

I agree ... I respect his musicianship and synth handling but I also think he's the dark, disturbed side of Floyd ... I think Meddle is my favorite all-around trip album for it's variety and earthy, organic feel ...

Meddle is my favorite one to trip to as well.
Roger is, however, easily my favorite member of Floyd. Animals is by far my favorite Pink Floyd album and The Final Cut is my second favorite, but when tripping you are of course in a different frame of mind. I tried to listen to Animals once when I was tripping and about 3 minutes into Dogs I was sent into a pretty negative downward spiral that lasted for the remainder of my trip.

YES, I like how in the middle of Meddle songs like Fearless, San Tropez and Seamus are very up beat. I don't Know i might just turn on Live at Pompeii. Or I might Jam out on my keyboard or guitar. I think am going to try and steer clear of the middle part of echoes because I was laying in bed with headphones on just after smoking and that shit was freaking me OUT!
Edit : I might just stick to the Syd Days seeing how thats where they got there psychedelic image.
