Shaking to distribute the mycelium? Yes? No?

The subject basically sums it up. Should one shake up my Myco Bag? It's probably around 35-40% colonized... would it speed up colonization times or would it not make a difference since it's already growing steady?

i have a bag of equadors colonizing. checked on it yesterday and it is about 40%. i smushed the bag gently to break it up then held both ends and shook the bag length ways from side to side.
