can you ID

i havn't got a pic yet and havn't had a good look at it yet but ill try describe it
it was in a pot plant in the backyard
Bright yellow with slightly darker yellow cap
head was pretty fat and domed down
theres 4 of them
2 bunches of 2
there about 6cm high
3cm wide

thats abou all i can say at the moment
can anyone help me describe them

Common in potted plants.
