Using Mineral Water

I here that using mineral water is best to makeup your substrate. All I can find is bubbly mineral water. Do they even make non-carbonated mineral water? Wont the high levels of Co2 choke out the mycelium?

I've heard that rain water or clean stream water is also good. "Natural water"
I always used distilled water.

just use tap water if thats all u got... or purified water..
