How Long Before Pinning? some help please

I have a tray of PR's and they have all the signs of pinning. There is knots all over the damn thing. I was wondering how long will it take for the pins to form. Any day now or what?
The birthing chamber is running very well with high humidity and the temp is also good. I've birthed other editble shrooms in the same conditions and had great results. It seems those appeared over night. One day they weren't the next they were...
Any comments?

There is no set answer like dumbass has stated falsely. It could be a day, or maybe a month, who knows.

Just leave em be and they'll be pinning soon enough. The first time I grew for myself it took 2 weeks form birthing to pinning, but there are just so many factors at play that giving any hard and fast number is difficult. One of the hardest lessons I've learned in this hobby is that the cake/casing or whatever will do its thing when its ready and aside from providing the best conditions I can for the growth process to continue, the process is really out of the growers hands. Just give em some time and they'll be doing their thing before you know it. One day you'll just look in there and there will be more pins than you know what to do with. Relax and enjoy!
