Average Yeild?

Hey you guys, whats and average yeild? Because I'm sure Im not doing that great here. I dont have many jars until the summer comes around and jars are more easily available. So i have two 1/2pint jars each sliced in half (brown rice flour/water/verm colonized with B+) cased 50/50. My last casing i got about 14 skinny shrooms between 2-4" high on my first flush then on my 2nd flush a single thicker 6" shroom. Havnt weighed them yet but I think maybe 4-6 gr dry. Anyone have suggestions that could help me out here? Maybe cold shocking or dunking might help on my next batch? Thanks
