Just got done cleaning my place, took a few hours - but fuck, looks so much better, and it just 'feels' better - not seeing the clutter, the dirt, the grime -- feels much more relaxing to sit in my living room when I'm not noticing the little dustbunnies in the corner, or the layer of dust on the speakers, or the crumbs under the coffee table.
really must motivate myself to do a proper clean once every weekend or two instead of once every few months :P

I was definitely pushed to cleaning more structurally this year when a blood test proved I'm allergic to dust. Feels a lot better now that my room is finally re-arranged and properly cleaned. Now all I need is a new bed...

Every one or two months I blitz the place, doesnt last for long though.
At work I use a cleaning chemical called blitz sometimes, sucks compared to hypochlorite though

Generally, I try to clean before I trip, that being said, the last trip I didnt clean very well and ended up scrubbing my bathtub while high on LSD, and a trip or two before that one, I did 4 loads of laundry while frying.
I had nightmares of running into someone in the laundry room with my pupils huge as I was trying to figure out the washing machine, *laugh* -- turned out well in the end, and ended up having a very warm cozy blanket to curl up into at the end of it all (along with fresh smelling sheets in general)

Yep, its my general rule of thumb, and the times I've broken it - I've ended up cleaning while tripping.

My most beneficial trip was a solo LSD room cleaning trip. At the end of the trip my mind felt as clean as my room!

One time when i was working in a sandwich shop in the city a few years back, we didn't do our closing clean as well as we should, we decided to trip downtown all night and ended up cleaning the sandwich shop instead because it looked messy when we walked past.
My home has to be clean to trip though, I live with some dirty people and we all have animals. I too have only ended up cleaning when tripping in a dirty enviroment.

My home is a wreck right now. We are in the middle of moving, but still. I sometimes will purposely trip whenever my place is disgustingly messy because of the introspection. I feel I should be able to face my filthy side without fear and tripping in such revolting disorder helps with that.
Well, it depends on my mood, actually and what I'd like out of the trip. If I have a lot of motivation and am looking for a more transcendental experience, I'll clean. I love tripping in a clean place as much as the next person. But sometimes...I just wanna eat psychedelics and trip, without worrying about how clean my home is or not. Plus there is the whole matter of "viewing my life as how it truly is."
