In which timeintervalls should i trip on shrooms?

Some time ago i had my first shroom experience.
(It was awsome ... 100% good. It gave me some insights on my self etc.)

Now i want to visit Wonderland as often as i could, but i dont want
any bad side effects to occour, like (not proven afaik) Braindamage/Brainalteration

Neither do i want to build up an Resistence for shrooms ,
so that i have to take more every time.

I have done some reading, but came to no definetive conclusion.
(Maybe once a Month is ok ? )

Does anybody have some knowledge about this ?

Once a month should be okay for recreational doses.
you won't build up resistance (tolerance is gone in a few days after a trip) nor will you trip too much and seriously fuck with your mind. For heavier trips like level 4/5 I'd recommend about once every two months.

But just like Newt said: find your own pattern...
Personally when I take shrooms more than once a month I really start to question myself: am I not abusing this drugs? Do I really need to trip again? Somehow I start to feel guilty when I trip more than once a month :/

It all depends what your goal is, I my self use it for self exploration, and I would not consider less than 4g, But I go for the real mind alteration not every one can handle it, two or 3 times a year is more than enough for me, I need time to digest the experience.

Thanks for the answers, they really helped me.


My first dosis was 2.5 gram , and i think i will stick to it for the next times ..
But i am curious testing a higer dosis (maybe 5 grams) ..
