 Local Boy Has Dream About Aliens

Or something. I had a dream about aliens last night. A space ship landed in my back garden. It was small and blue, kinda looked fake. The aliens were like a mix between ET and Yoda, except that they were scaley. Hooded. But not frightening. We sat outside in my back garden and talked. For once I had a dream that sort of made sense. I asked it all the things I wanted to know and it told me, although I can't remember any of the things I asked it. For once I was calm in my dream. When I woke up for about 5 minutes I thought the whole thing had really happened. I wasn't freaked out or hysterical. I was calm and collected. And I made breakfast, and thought about how my life would be forever changed.

Hehe. I had a vivid dream awhile back of what seemed like me in some other dimension talking to hooded/masked beings. The night before I was sending out calls for answers, and so in the dream they asked me what I wanted to know... It's funny because I can't remember what I asked them but I remember they answered all of my questions and I woke up right afterwards feelings very calm. Oh yeah and I'm pretty sure at least some of them were reptillian.

I know they're doing something...
I am kundalini awakened / awakening, and I think they have something to do with that... they want to kick my evolution into hyper-drive for some reason.

yeah it has something to do with kundalini awakening. The came and tried to get me to come out of my body but i said no cause i didn't know if they were lying or not when they said they meant me no harm.

i would be very exited if you were a boy in an isolated culture that has never heard of ufos or aliens before, and still reported the dream in the same detail

its an excellent point. i have often wondered if images and dreams of 'aliens' are simply our mind dressing up a process in culturally identifiable images, in an attempt to somehow relate to what is a very extraordinary experience.
if this were so, people from various cultures would relate to the process in images of their own social and cultural archetypes.
maybe the point is that we should not get caught up in the drama, the stage-play, but look thru it to identify the transformation/initiation taking place.

I agree with your point and I refer to Exhibit A from a previous post that I believe you started. How in the world can any one tell in the below picture that it is:
A. A woman
B. A virgin
C. Her name is Mary
All from some glowing light. This is a clear case of enculturation. I thought it was a mermaid myself.

Crisper I agree with you... everyone experiences the mystical in their own way. My way could very well be majorly influenced by culture... but keep in mind that I've never "believed" in aliens or been into UFOlogy until after the experiences. I'm not the Star Trek type of person. So where these images and ideas come from is anyone's guess.

You don't have to believe in something for it to have an influence upon your psyche. Just being exposed to an idea, and it registering in your mind means that it has had some effect. The brain very often makes connections and assumptions for us without conscious impetus. This is a very useful property and usually serves us well in adapting to our environment, of course sometimes it works when not needed or wanted and sometimes provides us with invalid assumptions or associations.

As far as your mind is concerned, dreams can emerge as raw experience. In that sense the aliens could be some new level of insight that you are coming in to........on the other hand it could just be bad shrooms..........
