Some shrooms found in a cow pasture in Arkansas. Can anyone identify them?

I am really not the one here that gives identification, but you might help some people out if you take a spore print. They look promising to me!

They are Coprinus of some sort. Not active, and dangerous if consumed with alcohol. In a few hours you're probaly just going to have a lot of stems floating in some sticky black crap, the caps melt off of most speices of Coprinus. Toss them, they will do nothing for you.

yeah they definitely look like coprinus aka inky caps.

yes they are nothing but ink caps but hey if you have a digital cam keep posting
anything and everything you find I cant speak for everyone here but I will try to help until you find what you are looking for
keep looking and using that digital cam you will find some good mushies
