Wow! I get my plastic lids at walmart for $1.75 for small mouth and $2 for large mouth, will you beat that price by 10% if so I will be ordering from you.

We do not utilize the ebb and flow like the hydro pod.
We use the 5 gallon bucket an aquarium pump a basket for you geo-lite the dome (of course) an on board heater ( submersable heater:))to maintain 82 degrees on the money and water.
spit glue some pvc and little tendor loving care

I have often wondered why the Hydro Pod ever used a ebb and flow system anyway. It was meant for plants. Sure an ebb and flow unit can be converted over for fungus use (Im sure McMan realized this) - but when combined with an aquarium pump it seems like over-kill (more $$) to me.
I feel most would prefer not having the ebb and flow (as in the hydro pod) and would rather opt for a heater (as your model has) and.... I would add- A small low wattage flourecent light (no more 15 watts) on top of the dome so the mushrooms grow straight up. (gotta admit, a little black light would look awesome!)

You know, I started to bring that up too.... but I figured - fuck it. Maybe the unit can be used for colinizing jars at 82 degrees then turned town to 75 degrees for fruiting.

The fruiting temperature for cubensis is around 75?F....
Everyone who inquires about the bucket sems to want it in there basement for incubating and for fruiting they ask for the heat because there basements are cold so we added it.
It does not have to be used as an incubator but it is there if they chose.

So are you claiming that you yourself came up with the idea, design and features of the grow bucket? That was a featured product in Hight Times years ago, the idea of using an enclosed system and a dome with a water pump is as old as indoor gardening and HOW DARE YOU rip people off by selling them for the price you do.
The same system you sell is sold in a garden store in Berkeley, except its square, uses a four foot by four foot tub with a basket, heater, pump, filters and all the perks with volcanic rock. It has a laarge square plastic lid with doors on two sides and is sold for indoor mushroom cultivation and I remember seing that more than 5 years ago... Plus it sold for $99. They also had a bucket system that used 5 buckets, a pump and draw system that squirted the water from the top and sucked it from the bottom into a resivoir with a heater in it. Adjustible temp and easy cleaning of the resivoir plus 5 buckets all for $99.
"origional" my ass, Putting hydropod stickers on a bucket dont make it your idea.

I think you can make that dome with dental plastic and the heat and air from a hair dryer... But i'm sure he uses a special method to make his dome that makes it alot cheaper... becuase dental plastic sells for almost 4 dollars a square foot!!!
