Storing fresh shrooms.

What's the best way to store fresh shrooms? I've discovered that I much prefer to eat them wet as opposed to dry when they get all stuck in my grill. I put a few in the freezer and now they're turning a little green around the edges.

You can store fresh mushrooms in "raw" honey I'm pretty sure. You might be able to find raw honey at a regular grocery store, but its usually at a health food store (Organic and Natural foods).

They'll keep in a paper bag in the refrigerator for a week if you pick early enough.

What about a food saver vaccum sealing mechanism? (doubtfully asked)
Also, the Japanese Pickle amanitas. I'm not sure what the broth is made of, but I would assume vinegar.

I've asked the same question about vacuum sealing before. Was told that the water from the fruitbodies would condense against the plastic and make things worse faster.

I generally put them in a paper bag or paper towel and then in a glass jar.
