Cyan potency loss
    #6169033 - 10/14/06 01:22 PM (17 years, 6 months ago)

Cyanescens are apparently way better than cubensis. Is this true when they're dry as well? There is a potency loss when Cyans dry out correct? If so, are there preservation methods for them wet? Would storing them in honey, still fresh, be practical? I would really like to begin growing these but I would like people to get the full experience out of them.

"Cyan' doesn't identify genus or species, so we have no idea what you're thinking of growing. P cyanescens are for novelty cultivation only unless you live in a climate suitable for outdoor growing. Copelandia Cyanescens grow indoors very well.

All mushrooms store well by drying quickly and sealing in vacuum sealed pouches with food grade desiccant inside.
