combined cow/horse/sheep manure substrate?
    #616902 - 04/23/02 11:17 PM (22 years, 11 months ago)

down here in OR-STRAY-LIA I have access to an organic compost called YUCK! made from combined cow/horse/sheep manure. It also contains natural gypsum. I was wondering if this would be a suitable substrate for cubensis?

yes it would. Pretty much any animal manure that comes from pasture grazing animals will do just fine. I have had the best luck with cow dung though, I don't know maybe its the way the animal digests the nutrients. Not sure. But what I know for sure is any pasture grazing animal poo will do.

Peace,
