syringe sterility

To an astute mycologist,

When fabricating spore syringes from prints would it be necessary to serilize a syringe that has been removed from its hermetic packaging whithin a glove box as some tek's have asserted? This seems superfluous.

Individual sterile packed syringes need no further sterilization. Open the pack and use.
