flushes?

I had my first flush which was about 46 wet grams or so. I just picked off all the aborts (i think all the ones with a dark pin that have not grown over a few days is an abort right?) I was wondering how long in between flushes is normal. I am growing the original pf strain on 2 cakes. Is there a link that can tell me in detail what the definition of flush is? I might have had all the flushes and not known about it. I figure a flush is a bunch of mushies grow, you pick, then some more will grow again. Am i right?

yeah....a flush is when you get all your mushrooms grown out.....then harvest them....pull off the aborts.
none left.....then you should dunk the cake.
dunk the cake is....putting the cake back in the jar... filling with water.
I put mine in the frig for 12 hours.
then birth it again.......and you will get a 2nd flush.
repeat....this for the following flushes.
