Myco Bag Contaminated

I inoculated about 4 days ago and checked it today to find the substrate having a green color(the green you find on old pennies).

When I inoculated I did it on a marble table. Lysoled everything and everywhere, washed my hands and applied anti-bacterial gel. I flamed the needle and wiped it off with alcohol soaked cottonball, and disinfected the injector site with a clean one. Then I put it back in the box and away.

sounds like you got "The Mean Green"
I'd contact the vendor that you bought them from.
Email them or send them a PM.
I'm sure they will replace the items.
