Should EVERYTHING I use be steriziled? Shit lke the bowl I mix the substrate in or the spoon I mix it with...Huhh?!

This probably isn't the answer you were looking for, but it depends. My friend sterilizes everything that will easily fit in the PC and everything else gets wiped down with 99% IPA before use. How drastic you have to get with sterilization depends a lot upon the contamination load in the area you are working.
