In total the presentation is ruffely about 5 1/2 hours. It's very long but it is my opinon extremely insightful to what has been going on the past 16.4 billion years, what is happening right now in our day and age, and what is likely to occur within the next coming years in our lives.

After watching these videos I, myself, have made the decision to incorporate the Tzolkin calendar in my personal life. See why for yourself. Enjoy!

To summarize, the Gregorian calendar, the business calendar, the calendar of our everyday lives, only measures the solar cycle, that is the physical revolution of our planet around the sun.

The Maya calendar(s) on the other hand, measure the cycles of the sun, the moon, and our galaxy.

That is the major distinction.

You need to condense the 5 1/2 hours down to about twenty seconds in order to get a good response from the masses. Sad, but true. (I'm not putting myself above the masses, I haven't had a chance to watch them yet either.)

i watched the first 10 min....and the guy was repeating himself alot. i'm on a dial up so i decided not to continue downloading....

I think he repeats himself so he can get the point across into your deeper level mind, and have you realize what he's saying in a broader sense. Its some deep shit to take i, but I think that guy is very intelligent and the video for me, so far, has a lot to offer. Great find!

I'm reading most of this stuff is mystical, or have no logical foundation other than the Mayan observing things and marking it on their calendars (or creating new ones). Only thing scientifically systematic is that they observed the lunar cycle.

Now whether or not if the positions of the moon and the stars can help predict the future is strictly based on how much you want to believe in it (are Chinese animal calendars accurate?).

I'm trying to find the time to watch it, but once I finish it I'll most likely post something on the topic. I'm also reading a book called "the Mayan calendar and the transformation of consciousness" by Carl Johan Calleman who was a friend of Ian lungold's (the guy from the video). If anybody gets the chance to read it, it's great.
