My has been out for 2 days.

I soaked some rye for 12 hours then I boiled and simmered it to get the right moisture level. That was 2 days ago and I havent had a chance to pc it yet. Will it be alright to just pc and do normally or might it have gone bad? It has been in a strainer in the pot with the lid and foil on it. Please let me know so I can promptly react one way or another. Thanks
