your friend is so fucked, lol
you should have him clean out his computer of anything related to drugs, or if possible, get rid of it

juelz said: Ok so a friend of mine just recently was scheduled to receive 1.25 lbs of some good bud from the friendly guys at FedEx only to have the DEA show up with the package. They intercepted the package and came to his house past the delivery time dressed as a FedEx employee, then like 7 of his friends showed up and searched the house finding paraphernalia, a skiz, and a small amount of cash. I am very concerned about what is going to happen to him and if anyone had any advice to offer. Should he get an attorney asap? What type of penalties/repercussions is he facing?? This is his first offense with no criminal record and he has yet to be charged with anything from this encounter. I just want to get some advice from anyone who has been in a similar situation and what I can do to help my friend out.
I would deny it was mine. I would say that I never asked for the weed. They cannot prove that you KNEW it was comming. Unless it was a setup from the beginning.

if someone were to accept any package/s (unknown) in the mail, you would just say you did so because you thought it may have been a gift. After opening it you could say you didn't know what was in it to begin with. of course that is only if that is the truth ;-)
myself though, I wouldn't take a p through the mail for free... crazy idea.

It doesn't matter. i had a friend convicted and sentenced to five years of intense probation for unknowingly receiving an elbo in the mail. It is pretty much a done deal. The only reason he got five years probation is because he really dint know.

FedEX is a shitty way to send an elbo. Anyone can open and inspect it.
