Hepa Air Purifier Flow Hood?

I'm thinking about building a flow hood using a hepa air purifier. Would one of these be powerful enough to actually do it's job or is this just wishful thinking? If anyone who has had success doing this could post some instructions, links, or pictures it would be appreciated.

Used it for a while and have had great results preventing contamination!
