experimental agar type reciepe

well Im not sure if this is going to work but looks good and sounds good. I used one box of sure jell (dextrose,fumaric acid, fruit pectin) and added to about 4 cups of boiling water. Next I added some dark karo corn syurp probably about 1 cup then about a cup of BRF. For a little extra mixed nutrition I added all the honey I had left probably 1/4 cup. This mixture was stirred until throughly mixed then poured in a pint jar(actually it worked to perfectly fill the pint). Now its cooling and has the same consistency as agar. Anyone try this? I think next time I will use H202 and potato water also. Oh, I forgot I also added about 1 cup of straw water. Now to sterilize, should I leave the lid upside down or the way it is ment to be?

to much nutriants in an agar mix can slow groth and by the sound of it you have about 20 times to much
